Project Sponsor - Mr. Mike Zabawa

Mr. Zabawa, a graduate of Creighton University and University of Nebraska Graduate College has been employed in various development, finance and accounting functions for the last 20 years at Peter Kiewit Sons', Inc., an Omaha based construction company with annual revenues of approximately $6 billion. 

Mr. Zabawa was most recently employed as Vice President / Chief Financial Officer for Kiewit Development Company.  Mr. Zabawa resigned from Kiewit in June 2008 to pursue development of The V.  Mr. Zabawa's professional background includes experience in the fields of mergers and acquistions, strategic business planning, capital investment, project finance, investment management, risk management, credit assessment and other corporate special projects.

- Amusement Entertainment Management LLC - East Brunswick, NJ - AEM is a worldwide amusement industry consultant specializing in the design, layout, installation and operation of family entertainment centers and leisure based entertainment.  www.aemllc.com.  AEM had completed a feasibility study for the Omaha market and is currently assisting in the day to day development of The V.  The feasibility study is available upon request. 

- Dynamic Designs Inc. - Birmingham, MI - Dynamic Designs is a boutique design firm specializing in the design and construction of family entertainment centers.  Howard Ellman, the firm's principal, has over 35 years of design experience and has a proven track record in the coordination of major projects such as family entertainment centers, bowling and recreational facilities, restaurants, shopping centers and retail projects.  www.dynamicdesignsinc.net.  Dynamic Designs has assisted in the preliminary conceptual design of The V and is expected to provide design services upon receipt of project financing. 

- CFO Capital LLC - Omaha, NE - CFO Capital is a boutique firm that specializes in raising capital for start-up and small businesses.  Under the direction of Michael Alvano, CFO Capital offers clients an extensive selection of financing options.
